A gothic faction-war RPG · In development
Vampires, Humans and Duskborn. Contested territory. Blood worth fighting for. Enter a wounded borderland shaped by faction conflict.
Early in-engine environment capture · Work in progress
The war is the game
SANGUARY is being built around open-world faction PvP. The fight is for territory, resources, and the routes that connect them.
Capture points and convoy routes put the war in the world. Your next encounter can begin on the road to an objective.
Veyr fuels progression. What you carry is at risk; what you bank becomes power. Gear does not drop on death.
The design gives day, dusk, night and dawn a place in faction strategy. Phase-dependent advantages remain under development and testing.

The Veilmarch
Ward-town streets. Night-bloc ruins. The passages beneath them. The first zone brings the factions into a shared, contested landscape.
Vampire, Human and Duskborn are the three playable races in the design. Their identities shape how the war looks and feels.
Follow the first testsThe Veilmarch
Once a quiet pilgrim crossing, the Veilmarch is now a borderland of wet stone, reed-choked water and roads raised above the fen. Candlemere keeps its wards burning. The Manse stands broken on the far rise, with new predators in its surviving halls. Beneath the roads, culverts meet old crypts. Every route offers a different kind of danger.
Then the Redmere Seep opened: a new wellspring of veyr that made a forgotten crossing worth a war. The same blood that feeds a vampire can fuel a human ward or pass through a Duskborn transfuser. Carried home, it buys power. Lost on the road, it strengthens an enemy. As day gives way to dusk, the price of every journey changes.

Vampires
Vampires preserve the manners of an older age in coats ruined at the hem. They wait for the dark, when hunger can become an advantage.
Humans
Humans hold the line with repaired armor, prepared ground and light that must be fueled. Keeping a town alive is work, and the work never ends.
Duskborn
Brokers, carriers and transfusers, the Duskborn move between enemies who distrust them yet need them. They make a living carrying what neither side can afford to lose.
